Terms of Use for IPSC Matches Registration with GDPR Compliance

Please carefully read these Terms of Use ("Terms") before using the IPSC ESS Matches Registration System (the "System") provided by IPSC. By using the System, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the System.
- Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the System, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms and conditions that may apply to specific features or services provided by the System. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the System.
- Registration and Data Processing
2.1. To participate in IPSC matches through our System, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during the registration process and to keep your account information updated.
2.2. You acknowledge that we collect and process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. By using the System, you consent to such data processing in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other applicable data protection laws.
2.3. You have the right to access, rectify, or erase your personal data, as well as the right to data portability and the right to restrict or object to the processing of your data. For any data-related inquiries or requests, please contact us as indicated in our Privacy Policy.
- User Conduct
3.1. When using the System, you agree to abide by all applicable laws, regulations, and rules. You must not engage in any activity that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
3.2. You agree not to use the System for any fraudulent or unauthorized purposes, including but not limited to impersonating any person or entity or falsely claiming an affiliation with any organization.
3.3. You must not disrupt or interfere with the operation of the System or compromise its security.
- Payment and Fees
4.1. Participation in IPSC matches may require payment of registration fees. You agree to pay all applicable fees associated with your registration for such matches. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.
4.2. We may use third-party payment processors to handle payments. By making a payment through the System, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions of such payment processors.
- Cancellation and Refunds
5.1. Cancellation and refund policies for IPSC matches may vary. You are responsible for reviewing the specific match's cancellation and refund policy before registering.
5.2. In the event of a cancellation or refund request, please contact us in accordance with the instructions provided in the match's cancellation policy.
- Intellectual Property
6.1. The System and its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and other materials, are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
6.2. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or perform any content from the System without our prior written consent.
- Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the System at our sole discretion, with or without cause, and without notice.
- Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Terms on the System. Your continued use of the System after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
- Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the country that are organizing the match. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the country of the organization.
